1 · What Sanad is
Sanad is a free study tool that aggregates certification-exam practice questions from a small number of publicly accessible third-party study and community-discussion websites, deduplicates overlapping items, and compares community-submitted answers to surface a consensus view. All content is retrieved the same way an ordinary anonymous visitor's browser would load those pages. We do not use login credentials, and we do not bypass authentication, paywalls, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or any technical protection measure, and we do not access private, restricted, or password-protected material.
2 · No affiliation; trademarks
Sanad is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), Google, Cisco, CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, PMI, Pearson VUE, or any other certification body or exam vendor, nor with any source website. All product names, certification titles, codes, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for nominative identification and reference only; such use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
3 · Acceptable use & prohibited content
You agree to use Sanad only for lawful, personal, educational, non-commercial self-study. You must not, and must not use Sanad to:
- upload, submit, or request actual live exam questions, "brain dumps," or any material obtained in breach of a non-disclosure or candidate agreement with any certification body;
- reproduce, sell, redistribute, or syndicate the content, or use it to cheat on, or gain an unfair advantage in, any examination;
- infringe any third party's intellectual-property, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
- submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
Using unauthorized live exam content may violate certification bodies' candidate agreements and can result in the loss or revocation of your certification. That is your responsibility, not ours. We prohibit such content and remove it when notified.
4 · Your submissions (community content)
Some content, for example answers or notes you contribute, is submitted by users and stored at their direction. You are solely responsible for what you submit and you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach any agreement. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your submission for the purpose of operating the service. The operator does not pre-screen user submissions, is not the author of them, and may remove any content at any time.
5 · No warranty of accuracy
Content is community-sourced and may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. Answers reflect the opinions of anonymous third parties and, where indicated, automated or AI-assisted suggestions, not verified correct answers, and no vendor has reviewed them. The service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Sanad is not a substitute for official study materials, training, or the actual exam. Do not rely on it as your sole preparation.
6 · Assumption of risk; your responsibilities
You use Sanad at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use the material and for complying with the terms of the source websites and the policies, exam-integrity rules, and non-disclosure and candidate agreements of any certification body. Use this tool to learn the material, not to memorize or reproduce live exam content.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, certifications, exam outcomes, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service or its content, on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross fault, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where any exclusion or limitation is held unenforceable, it applies to the fullest extent permitted, and the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
8 · Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the service.
9 · Intellectual property, copyright & takedown policy
We respect intellectual-property rights and act in good faith and expeditiously on valid complaints, wherever you are located. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers.
Filing a notice
If you are a rights holder or an authorized agent and believe content on Sanad infringes your copyright or was posted in violation of your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed (a representative list is fine); (3) the specific URL(s) or a description sufficient to locate the material; (4) your name, address, telephone, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. We will remove or disable the identified material promptly on a valid notice and, where applicable, notify the user who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; and your name, address, and telephone, with consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and to accept service from the complainant. Where required, we may restore the material after the applicable waiting period unless the complainant pursues legal action.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability. Complaints from any jurisdiction, including under the applicable laws of Saudi Arabia and other countries, are handled through this same channel.
10 · Privacy notice
Sanad requires no account or login. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password. We process only the minimum data needed to run and protect the service:
- A truncated / hashed form of your IP address, used solely for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, not to identify, track, or profile you;
- content you voluntarily submit (e.g., community answers), from which we strip identifiers before pooling;
- standard, short-lived technical logs generated by the server and by Cloudflare.
Purpose & legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the service (and, where the law requires, your consent). Hosting & international transfer: the service is hosted on servers located in the United States (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and uses Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and security; by using the service you understand that your technical data is processed in those locations. Retention: rate-limit counters and logs are kept only as long as needed for security and are then deleted or rotated. We do not sell personal data and do not use non-essential tracking cookies. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].
11 · Governing law & venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections available to you as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or the courts you are entitled by such laws to use. The service is directed at a general, worldwide audience and is not specifically targeted at, or marketed to, consumers in any particular country.
12 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted with a new "last updated" date above; your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
13 · Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision is limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
